Bravito is priced for one teacher using it with their own classes. These limits keep it affordable for everyone.
| Limit | Free | Teacher, Department, School |
|---|---|---|
| Classes | 3 | Unlimited |
| Pupils in one live lesson | 35 | 200 |
| Saved lessons with slides | 25 | Unlimited |
| AI requests | 1 a day | 100 a month (up to 25 a day) |
| Results on class pages | Last 30 days | All year |
| Uploads (slides, pictures, videos) | 500 MB | 10 GB |
Each press of an AI button counts once: drafting questions from your notes, suggesting topic tags, and suggesting or converting activities for a live lesson. Pupils never use AI, so nothing they do counts. If the AI fails and gives you nothing back, the request is not counted. Daily limits reset at midnight UK time, and monthly limits on the 1st.
Everything you upload: slides, pictures, videos and their soundtracks, and pupils’ boards you collect during a lesson. Pupils’ own whiteboards from live lessons don’t count, and are deleted after 31 days. Deleting a lesson or replacing a video frees its space. Settings shows what you’ve used.
Every AI request costs us money to run. A hundred requests a month is about five every school day, which is more than a teacher building their own lessons needs. The limit stops one account using what should pay for many.
Reaching a limit never deletes anything. On Free, results older than 30 days are hidden and come back if you upgrade. If an account on a paid plan regularly needs far more than these limits, we’ll get in touch to talk about it before changing anything. We only suspend an account for clear misuse, and we’ll tell you why.
