Archiving or deleting a pupil
Archive keeps their answers; delete removes the pupil and everything they sent.
Open the pupil's record (Classes → the class → Pupils → their name):
- Archive: for a pupil who has left. They disappear from the class list and class averages, their answers are kept, and you can restore them from "Archived pupils" at the bottom of the Pupils tab.
- Delete: removes the pupil and every answer their devices sent to that class (homework, study, live lessons and the class record). It can't be undone. Their real name is also removed from your key file.
Answers from a device that isn't on your class list can be deleted from "Names to match" with the bin button.
