No sound or music on the board
Browsers need a click first; check mute and volume.
Only the teacher's board plays sound. Browsers block sound until you have clicked something on the page, so click anywhere on the board once. Then check the speaker button on the presenter controls isn't muted and the volume slider isn't at zero, and that the computer's own volume is up.
